Description Type 2000 organic wheat flour is a whole wheat flour, i.e. it comes from the whole grinding of whole grain soft wheat. It gives a dry taste and is therefore perfect for baking wholemeal bread, for thickening vegetable and legume pates and for making wholemeal pasta.

Directions

Measure the required amount of flour with a dry measuring cup or scale. If the recipe requires, sift the flour to remove lumps. For all-purpose flour, add additional ingredients such as baking powder, salt or spices. Follow the recipe for mixing, kneading or combining the flour with other wet ingredients.
