Horse Soldier Commander’s Select VII Bourbon is a 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon born in the heart of Kentucky and shaped by patience, discipline, and purpose. Crafted by U.S. Army Green Beret veterans, this small–batch release is aged in new charred American oak and bottled non–chill filtered at barrel proof, clocking in at 120 proof or 60% ABV. The mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley delivers a powerful yet composed structure that reflects its origins and legacy.
On the nose, deep toasted oak leads into dark caramel, vanilla bean, and warm baking spice. The palate is full-bodied and intense with burnt sugar, cinnamon, dried fruit, and rich oak unfolding in layers, finishing long with notes of leather, tobacco, and lingering spice.
